Breathing new life into this dated Cape Cod in the Pepperidge neighborhood, we redesigned it with first-time homebuyers and families in mind. The main challenge was converting underused spaces into functional areas. Our approach included opening up the floor plan, transforming the enclosed porch into a spacious family room, converting the pantry into a first-floor laundry, and combining two small rooms to create a generous primary suite. We’re thrilled to have modernized this home while honoring its original charm.
